Unexpected Charges While Travelling

After about 20 years of being a loyal customer, I can no longer be happy with Verizon. Constant arguing over the phone with nothing getting resolved. Recently my family went out the country on vacation. I went into a Verizon store to ask an employee about travel pass. The employee assured me there will be no charges on my account as long as I don’t sign up for any travel pass. Come to find out a week into my trip, my bill went from 250 up to 500. As I was out of the country my son called Verizon and was assured the charges will be stopped and was confirmed no one signed up for the travel pass. 2 weeks go by and the bill still comes in with no changes. Call again, lady told me they will take it off, 2 days later I see they took some off but still the bill is at 290 instead of the 254 like always. Call a third time and they promise me it will all be removed and someone from office will give me a call about the changes… And guess that? Nothing was removed from the bill nor did anyone call me.

We hate to hear you experienced unexpected charges while traveling and having to spend time calling us instead of enjoying your trip. I am sending you a private message to further assist.

We appreciate your loyalty of 20 years and understand how concerning unexpected charges can be, especially after being assured there wouldn't be any. Since this concern is account specific we'll have to continue our conversation via private message. Please respond to us there so we can further assist.
