hello so I had just switched to Verizon at the end of October…October 21st to be exact. I added 2 lines to the Unlimited welcome plan and got the 2 free 14 plus iPhones. So when I had first set this up the lady gave me an estimate of around 130ish a month which is understandable. She also told me my first bill would be a little bit higher because of the activation fee no big deal there… Well come December I got my 1st bill $342.00 they are trying to charge me. Well like I said before the agent told me roughly how much it would be and how it was going to be “a little extra” for the 1st bill. I refuse to pay this. This is absolutely unacceptable to charge someone this amount for 1 month. Has anyone else had to deal with this kind of problem?
