I ported four lines from another carrier and signed up a new line with Verizon on December 22nd 2023 due to a promotion. I have been given promises after promises not at one occasion multiple locations. They are completely unprofessional and misguiding customer service people. It's been 3 months and I'm still trying to figure out if I'm being honored with the promotion. I have made numerous phone calls to the customer service also went in to the corporate store. Upon calling the customer service which is probably more than 20-25 times every single call about an hour hour and a half, even at some instances they have put me on a hold and left me on hold for over 2 hours and never came back. The bills have been piling the promotions are not kicking in and their lies are being exposed to get new customers. Never ever in my life I am recommending anybody to go Verizon wireless they are completely unprofessional unreliable people out there. They don't even escalate the call to a supervisor or manager because apparently all the representatives things that they are managers and they have a decision making authority which is a lie because every time I have to explain myself after my explanation is done I go on a hold which is a complete silence. As I said I am ready to move out and never ever recommending Verizon wireless to anybody.

Apparently one of the customer service rep claims to have looked in to the matter and says she fixed it after staying on the phone for over an hour and half. Let's see in about a month or so. Believe it or not I Lost my trust in Verizon.
