Upgrade cancelled I was still charged

I upgraded my device online the next day it had been cancelled however I was still charged $270.48 for the upgrade despite the order being cancelled customer service was no help to me I even had one representative suggest I just delete and reinstall my app or log out then back in. Now I’m out the money and I can’t even upgrade my device when I try to upgrade it tells me I can’t because I already have a pending order so now to upgrade I would have to pay off the price of the phone I had ordered and didn’t receive which is $1,199.99 in order to upgrade after over a month of trying to get this issue resolved and 10 years of being a loyal customer it’s time for me to take my business elsewhere needless to say I will not recommend Verizon to anyone

Don't worry they won't be returning a dollar, they will just offer you store credit then give you the run around and next thing you'll know it'll be 8 hours and still without a refund. Verizon is a horrible company with even worse customer service.
