I talked to a representative on Friday or Saturday about help with a payment arrangement. I was told that my service would not be disconnected if I make a payment on October 24. She also stated that she would make detailed notes on my account. However, it's October 20, and around 3pm, my service was disconnected. I was out of work and am really struggling, and I need my service. I can't reach a representative on the chat or over the phone because of the past due balance. Please help me!
