I’ve tried over 25 of my credit and debit cards to make a purchase all received the same error message “payment failed” so I was told to order a Verizon Gift Card still to be faced with the same error message and none of these representatives no how to actually lead a customer to a successful or but rather have them constantly reprocess orders over and over and over and over and over and over and still the same error message and now with the GIFT CARD there saying there’s an error message saying payment voided but doesn’t have any information about it but constantly saying maybe use the gift card to pay a bill of course it works when the bills due but not when a customer wants to place an order VERIZON CHARGES ALL THIS MONEY A MONTH ON BILLS JUST FOR THAT TO BE the only thing you can do.Very unfortunate

Hello, Stinson23. Ordering products/services from us should always be an easy process. Help is here and my apologies to hear of this experience. Please tell us more. Was this going to be an additional line on an exsisting account? May I ask, what did you attempt to purchase?

I'm wondering if the system has (temporarily?) locked you out from placing the order, if you tried over 25 different payment methods for one order. Something like that will look odd in the system and likely triggered a fraud alert.
If you were placing the order via your mobile device and are using VPN or you've got an app which is putting extra security restrictions in place, try lowering the security settings or turning off the VPN, because I've read quite a few threads where people had problems getting verified by the ordering system and then their order wouldn't process. Clear the browser cache before trying again later. Same thing goes for if you're using a PC and ordering via the desktop website. Clear the browser cache and switch it into regular (not incognito or private) mode, and make sure it can accept cookies. And use one of the big name browsers, as some browsers might not work properly for online ordering.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
