VZW EPP Retiree Coding Error

Hello. I am a VZW Retiree and I've had this acct for over 25 years and on 12/25/2024, the VZW ECPD ID was removed from my account in error and I want it restored. I retired on 8/31/2012 2, and my job was to manage the VZW Employee Phone Program. I did that for 11 years, so when I called in about this situation I knew immediately what needed to be done to fix this; open a Trouble Ticket and send it to Revenue Assurance and they would restore the ECPD ID in a matter of days and not 2 billing cycles that the reps that I spoke to informed me.    I cannot begin to tell you how flabbergasted I am after speaking to several reps and being transferred to this Employee Verification dept only to be told that they do not manage VZW Retiree accounts...   Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?  Thanks
