Verizon Added perks and insurance without permission refused to fix issue

I just signed my partner and I up for Verizon's service two days ago. And somehow a protection plan and two services were added to my bill without our permission.

I called customer service today as soon as my bill was available to view and they refused to take the charges off my bill this month. I'd understand if I got our plan started and several weeks went by but no I literally started our service two days ago. Is this what we're in for with service with Verizon? Unwanted charges and being told essentially tough luck.

Oh and after I got off the phone with customer service,  I was signed up for yet another perk I did not ask for. My partner thankfully caught it and canceled it. Honestly it could be an issue with the app. However, fix this and fix my bill!

If you were signed up under MyPlan, you have to have some perks added on - I don't know how many it is.  Otherwise, you can cancel any unwanted subscriptions by going into your account and managing your perks.

I don't know how they were added that's the thing. I went into the app and removed them but it didn't take them off my bill. Being charged for something I didn't even want in the first place.
