If I could give Verizon negative stars, I would. Their billing and customer service is abysmal. I ordered a phone online in Dec 2022 and 15 months later and Verizon continues to refund me for the return. I returned the within a week via UPS, and Verizon lost the phone and have kept me on the line with customer service for 5 hours to fix this. Verizon charged me for a phone they lost pr failed to check in as a return when I sent it back via UPS. Their lack of process and terrible customer service is appalling, And despite spending hours on the phone, Verizon hides and does not call me back to say the credit was not completed.
