I cannot log in to our business account to obtain invoices and make payments. I have already spent 90 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to use other browsers, clear cookies, use incognito mode, use other devices or use cellular data via wifi.
I also do not understand why customer service cannot email a pdf of the invoice directly to the email on file when requested. At this point, we have no way to obtain our invoice to make a payment.
