Verizon Credit Card Rewards Not Working

For the last 3 bills my Verizon Rewards Dollars have not shown up to be redeemed to pay a portion of my bill. My Verizon card is the auto payment method for both my mobile and home accounts. I have submitted my phone number to be synchorized with my credit card through your support messages, your customer service telephone number, Synchrony's customer service, and was told it would take a billing cycle to correct. It has now been 2 billing cycles and my Verizon account still says I have zero rewards. So now I'm reaching out here as a last attempt. I will be cancelling all my services and credit card within the next week if I dont see a resolution.

I've read a few different threads about this topic, but haven't found a definitive answer...have you tried shutting off autopay and removing all your saved payment methods from your account, then turning back on the autopay and re-adding the Verizon Visa card as the payment method?

I don't have this credit card, but considering it's being run by Synchrony, am speculating that any rewards program tied to said card is also being run by Synchrony.  So maybe you have to login to your Synchrony account and do some kind of finagling there in order to get a credit to your Verizon bill?

I, too, am having these issues. I've noticed that I can see my earned rewards within the Verizon Visa card app, but when I open up the my Verizon app, it is showing that I have not earned rewards at all, so there's a disconnect between those two apps somehow. The Verizon Visa card app is showing the correct reward amount. It just stopped getting recognized somehow in the my Verizon app and therefore is not being Auto applied to the bill like it used to be. I called about this a couple of months ago and nothing has been fixed.
