I've had Verizon Home Internet ($60) for over a year. During that time I had been getting the ACP credit ($30)+ Verizon Forward Credit ($30) for the same amount. That was great. Like other I got the emails about notifying Verizon if I want to keep my account after ACP ends. I confirmed that I wanted to keep my account. I also got the email stating Verizon was still going to issue the Verizon Forward Credit ($30) to those that were eligible. That made my bill $30 last month (July). Which I paid at a timely manner. My new bill says I need to pay $60. 😞 I been through the Verizon chat trying to find out why this happened. From what I gather the problem was on their end. The Verizon rep supposedly fixed the issue and I'm supposed to get a confirmation email explaining that. I was also given a loyalty discount for 12 months. I didn't get any confirmation email explaining that either. The rep said my account would update after my bill regenerates (or something to that effect).
Does that make any sense? I confirmed through chat that my Aug bill would be $30, and Sept '24-Sept '25 it would be $20. I'd get my confirmation email after their system is updated. Does that make sense?
