Verizon Just Nuked my Credit Scores

I woke up this past Friday the 26th of July and saw an email from Experian. I see in the email body that my credit score has gone down, even though I know my balances have decreased significantly from the prior month. To my horror and confusion, VERIZON reported an account I have never seen before as being in COLLECTIONS 90+ DAYS. This falsehood obliterated my credit score from a 720 to a 647. Let me be clear, this account was reported incorrectly. I am waiting on the dispute from Experian and I called Verizon support, who confirmed all of my accounts are in good standing. I am so angry that this organization went and devastated my credit score for no reason and they have been shirking my requests to update on the status of resolving this false collections report to the reporting agencies.
Again, just stunned that Verizon can do something like this at random and with no due process or follow up despite my many attempts to scrub this from my credit profile. Unbelievable and sickening.

Also, I cannot dispute this online from Verizon's side as Experian only provides the first 6 digits of the account number and I need the full thing. Just outrageous.
