Good afternoon!
Congrats on taking advantage of a recent promotional offer and purchasing your new devices!
As a valued customer, your concerns are our concerns too. Noting your reference about not receiving promotional credits for your recent device purchases, let's ensure that we're on the right track to assist you here. \
Typically, it may take 1 - 2 billing cycles to begin receiving device promotional credits. May I ask how long has it been since you've purchased your new devices?
We'd be more than glad to investigate this matter for you. We'll look forward to you reply.
Thanks ahead of time.

It has been less then two billing cycles. When I look at the future bills it shows no credit as well there. Am I missing something?

Also the active line devices should be 50% off but that isn't reflecting there as well.

How about you reach out to me and show me that the credit will appear in the next two billing cycles...instead of saying (they should be there.) When I signed up the representative said "Yes, you get all these on us" and the last representative said nope, I'm not seeing it and the promotion does not exist.
Let me know what I can provide to help and figure this out...

I am having the same problem. Plus, I have not received the $1000 credit for the trade which Verizon is now saying is $800 (I have not received this either). I have also been billed for an additional phone line which was used to order the phone and should have been deleted when the new phone arrived and my existing number was transferred. None of the other promotions, such as the $130 eVisa card (from the Beats) has been sent. I have talked for hours to customer service and each time, I have been assured that these problems will be handled. I was promised a callback by February 17 and did not receive. I am at the point where I would like to return all items and discontinue Verizon service. Of course, if I can do this, I would want my old phone back. I had Verizon years ago and was happy with the service. I got married and went with my wife’s carrier. I was happy to return to Verizon but this has been a nightmare!

Same issue I turn my phone in now they’re not crediting me, I supposedly switched to Verizon and would receive free phones when porting numbers. I port 3 numbers, 2 were ported my number I’ve had for 15 years didn’t get ported and was told that I had to get new number and I did, guess what 2 weeks later my number is ported by that time had changed everything but thought maybe I should keep my old number. They have been charging me for that number since May 2022 I have no idea where that number is.

Hope they can figure it out for you.
I traded in a phone several years back and had trouble then too.
I spent countless hours trying to get it fixed and it finally did. It awful that you just about have to keep trying till you get an employee that knows how to do something.
for my issue now I don’t seem to be getting anywhere but I will keep posting and asking because it is only right of them to honor their sale

- I have waited 9 weeks . I have not received any emails about how to redeem. I have opened up a support ticket and had no resolution. I later reopened it and was told to wait 8 weeks so I did. I reopened it today (9 weeks) later and still no emails and was told I could call the rebate team . I called them and they wanted a tracking number which I don’t have because nothing was sent so I could submit!!! I am very disappointed and think it’s awful shady of Verizon to put people through so much for the rebates. If you’re going to offer a deal, honor it. We would have never spend $199 on beats. I read now from other peoples posts that you’re supposed to have done within 30 days and how exactly is that going to happen without any information being received in an email. The rebate team gave me a code of “22switch200” so I could submit but I have a feeling that was wrong information as well. We didn’t switch carriers. We purchased a new iPhone 14 pro max. I bet if we owed the company $200 they would be on us like crazy. It is very aggravating and time consuming to have to go back and forth and not receive CORRECT answers. Don’t trust Verizon to send any info to help get the rebates. Now, I am “waiting” for 8 more weeks on top of the 9 I already waited to probably hear the switch code isn’t correct. Would be nice to have this taken care of. The store employee, didn’t say anything about an email and I figured it was going to happen automatically. I have searched email for something from Verizon and I have nothing about this.

We're disappointed to learn of your experience with the rebate process, TeresaO. This is definitely not how we want you to feel and would like to help get things turned around. Please tell us more about the rebate promotion you were to receive. Please also advise what date your device was purchased. This will allow us to locate the promotion and find out what needs to be done to ensure it is honored. -Danielle

Hi, the purchase was on December 27, 2022. If you bought an iPhone you can get free beats iPad or watch. We purchased an iPhone 14 pro max and the beats. It’s been a waiting game back-and-forth with support tickets but offered no help And potentially put us over 30 days if it was a requirement. The associate in the store didn’t know anything about it that day but she had asked someone else if we do get those free and they told her yes. We never received an email in those 9 weeks with instructions and still haven’t. How are we supposed to know what to do when support doesn’t really help and emails don’t come.

Thank you for the additional details, TeresaO. I was able to locate a bundle promotion that allowed the Beats Fit Pro for free with the purchase of an iPhone 14, select tablets, or watches. A gift card for the amount of the Beats would have been sent to you within eight weeks of your purchase. An email would have been sent to advise that you qualified. Did you purchase a tablet or watch at that time as well? Have you worked with the store at all regarding the promotion they offered? -Danielle

We purchased the Iphone 14 pro max and the beats only.; no iPad or watch.
How/why would an individual store be able to help when the several service tickets I opened couldn't and the salesperson the day of the sale didn't even know that was an offer and asked another person. It is a VERIZON deal and I would think that Verizon should not give the run around to their loyal customers and be dishonest about gift card promos. Are you able to see in my account and see the purchases? They are in my account and I can try to add them here if needed. The deal we purchased from was advertised on your website, emails, online searches, etc . It is disappointing that employees are not trained in knowing the deals and how to help customers.

Your feedback is always necessary, thank you, TeresaO. I reviewed all promotions on beats during the time of your transaction. First promo was to buy a select Apple device & get $70 off Beats Fit Pro. This needed to be done during the initial transaction. The second offer was 'Buds on Us', which to be considered eligible, a bundle must have been purchased, for example - phone and tablet and/or watch and buds.

Thanks for responding back, TeresaO. From the second promotion listed in my last message, you needed to buy a phone & tablet, or watch and buds, or both(phone, tablet, watch & buds). Just the purchase of phone & buds is not a qualifying bundle. For the first promotion, you get $70 off Beats Fit Pro, but it needed to be deducted during the time of the transaction. Are you sure this wasn't done? Also, for additional assistance, send a private note to us - thanks.

As you can see—- it was buy a phone and the other items were free on Verizon. The watch or iPad would have required a monthly service if those were wanted.
It DOES NOT say buy a phone - and iPad or watch - and get free buds. It says buy the phone and all are free.
How and when are rebates going to be processed for this? I really don’t see why so many people are having trouble getting the deal that was advertised. I have several ads there for you to see and there an endless supply online.
Hoping you will make this right.
Thanks
