Verizon Not Honoring Promotion

on 10/27/23 I ordered Verizon 5G Home Internet. There was a promotional offer where you get a free Apple HomePod speaker if your account stayed active for sixty days. On Jan 8th Verizon emailed to let me know they would no longer honor the offer to send an AirPod.  Instead, they said I could have a $330 gift card, however, I need to wait three to four weeks. Here we are at the end of the extended timeline and I still don't have the original offered item or a gift card.  This promo should be honored on or around 12/27 as was the agreement. Not sure why I have to keep waiting.  Please help.

I hope this can get resolved. The forum only let's me send 2 private messages per day so my ability to reply is very limited.  I became eligible for the promo on or around 1/8/24 but I still have not been given any info as to how to redeem.

Please advise. Thank you.
