Verizon keeps billing me for phones that I mailed to them in October. I keep calling and talking to reps and managers that tell me, "rest assured" I'll fix your problem! They look for the phones and find them! Then a couple weeks later, they're marked as missing and I get another $900-$1400 bill.
This morning I woke up to find that they billed me for $918.25 and overdrew my account. So I filed a complaint with the FCC because this is like groundhog day with them. And they won't give you a call number or ID number of the agent. The last manager was named Cruz.
We'll see if the complaint helps. Definitely ready to leave this company. They don't give 2 craps about customers.
