Verizon Promotions

How can I get Verizon to honor their own promotions? They’ve texted me a few promos but every time I try to redeem them they pull the rug. When I try to talk to someone they say the promotion is no longer available! How long do I have 30 seconds or it’s gone?!

FCC complaint was how I got Verizon to honor the promo I was promised.
