Verizon Retailer-East Meadow

@vzw_customer_support I would like to speak with someone from the leadership team and file a formal complaint for what was the most horrible customer service experience I have ever had. The retailer is Verizon Wireless Zone  2464C Hempstead Tkp, East Meadow NY  11554. I understand this is not a corporate store and it is an authorized dealer, but nonetheless they do business on behalf of Verizon and it needs to be addressed.  The employees  are unprofessional, dishonest, and are a completely incapable of servicing customers on behalf of Verizon.  I sent my son to this store to upgrade his phone.  He was told he could get an iPad and iWatch for free.  He also said my Jetpack  which is 5G was due for an upgrade and gave my son a 4G device and charged me over $60 for the upgrade I never asked for.  He was sold these services and devices agreed to under FALSE PRETENSE.  On Jan 11, I called the store and  tried explain to employee "John" that I was charged for all these free devices.   I was told if I return the devices there will be a $35 restocking fee and there was nothing I could do about the almost $200 of activation fees.  I called again today to speak to a manager.   Sheriff (if that is even his name),  advised me that the manager "Raul" wasn't in and doesn't have a schedule so I couldn't speak to him.   I asked again about the manager and he said "oh, I can't hear you then said please hold".  I then heard him laughing then came back on and said "I can't hear you, I can't hear you " and hung up laughing.   I now have a bill of over $500 and FURIOUS.  I am at the point that I want to cancel my service completely and go to AT&T or T-Mobile.
