My family and I have been Verizon customers since 2013. In Oct 2023, I was promised $14.99/month for home internet. Instead, I was charged $35.99 and unknowingly billed $420 for a cloud service I never signed up for.
I've been trying to get a refund since April 2025. On July 7, after being bounced around for hours, I was treated incredibly rudely by reps Natalie and her supervisor Jillian from the Boston, MA Fios team. They offered no help and no accountability.
Verizon — you just lost a loyal customer of 11 years.
