Verizon applied wrong promotion

Verizon screwed up on the promotion when we signed up. I literally have the receipt, but somehow it's different on their end and now we're paying extra because they screwed up. Please someone help!!! I was on the phone with a rep for over an hour with no help or resolution. Please Verizon remain true to your words and fix the issue!!!
