I have had the most horrible experience with Verizon I got service in May transferred from T-Mobile and every month I have had billing issues no promo received and promise after promise of it being taken care of and its not. 1weelk ago I was given a credit of $621 on my account for the missing promos and 2 days later it was reversed when a manger was the one to put it on I keep calling and I’m told its being fixed but it doesn’t I don’t know what to do anymore
