I ordered 2 iphones from verizon on 1-23 totaling $168. I cancelled the order an hour after making it with the intention of reordering utilizing the pick up option. I wasnt able to because Verizon did not refund my money. They still havent refunded my money and it’s been almost a week. I have spoken to customer service several times and even reached out to executive relations asking for help. Im still waiting. My bank cant dispute the charge bc it’s pending. What can I do?
