I can't pay for the phones I am trying to purchase! The message I get says that Verizon cannot accept my form of payment at this time. Or when I work with a rep and they send me a link to pay, the message says payment failed. All of my banks say they see that they release the funds and the issue is with Verizon. Iโve also tried multiple forms of payment (4 different card&Paypal). This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please advise.

I'm very sure that Verizon doesn't accept PayPal. If you're a postpaid customer and were trying to purchase the phones through your account on My Verizon - want to say they only take either Verizon Visa or payments via a debit card? Prepaid customers have more latitude with payment methods. I don't know if you can buy the phones outright with a credit card at a Verizon store?
The other thing I'd check is to make sure the failed transactions didn't actually go through. If the bank(s) are saying they see something on their end but stuck in limbo, get them to cancel it. I've seen some horror stories from others saying they somehow got repeat billed.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
