I did an early upgrade in February of 2024 i received my iPhone 15 pro max and everything to return my device. I returned my device and Verizon even confirmed they received my device in good condition. 1 month later I receive a message saying my bill went up 500 because of the phone I turned in that was pretty much brand new condition. Every Verizon representative told me this is Verizon fault. And that they have to apply 500 creditโฆyet it stills keeps getting denied even Verizon workers are saying this is crazy and they donโt know what is going on is going onโฆif I have to pay 500 dollars they officially lost me as a customerโฆDo not do early upgrade with Verizon!!!

The first person helped me and said they recieved the phone and this was Verizon fault. So he said he had to put in a 500 credit but Then the credit got denied. Then I just got off the phone just now and they said this is Verizon fault and they donโt know why my credit was denied and that it would be escalated. What Iโm supposed to call every 2 days I guarantee the gonna deny the credit again know good and well they have my phone and it was in great condition
