Hi, on 01/07 i made a payment for $111.69 using a Verizon gift card. The payment did go through, I received confirmation that the payment was completed successfully (I have the confirmation number).
Still, today I noticed an unpaid balance on my account and reached out for help via chat. The agent informed me even if the payment was completed successfully it was returned after the fact. The problem is that after receiving your confirmation i discarded the Verizon gift card, so i can no longer use it. I asked for a case number but the agent replied that she "added the chat remarks" to my account.
Can you please cancel the balance on the gift card, and credit the $111.69 on my Verizon mobile account?
