My family and I added an international plan for one month in August, paid in October. My bill was usually $240. I paid the $400 for the international plan, but Verizon keeps rebilling me. My bill for the last two months was $706 and $997, even though the amounts actually deducted from my account were $406 and $497. I have spent hours on the phone with their reps.

I wouldn't want to get overcharged for any service, and I want to make sure you're only being billed what you're actually using. I'm going to make sure we get to the bottom of this. We're going to send you a Private Message so we can gather more details and get this taken care of.
