Verizon lost or stole my phones once they arrived at the trade in facility

So my problem has been discussed on other threads but I am hoping the right person sees this.  Like everybody else I was duped into trading in my old phones for new ones. The deal was I would get an $800 credit for each of  my 2 Samsung Galaxy 21s and $830 for an iPhone 11 split up over 36 months (So a $22.30 promotional credit for each Samsung and $23.05 for the iPhone) Those credits would cover the cost of of the new phones ( 2 Samsung galaxy 23s and an iPhone 15). I had to turn in my phones within 30 days to get the 3 promotional credits. I did this. I have proof of delivery that they arrived in Fort Worth Texas on 12/11/23. Once they got to the facility something happened because the phones were never processed in Verizon's system. After chatting with multiple customer service agents, 6 to be exact who all checked the tracking numbers and verbally confirmed that they were delivered. Each one creating a fix it ticket, the problem hasn't been resolved. I am beyond angry. It started with getting the boxes and the shipping labels. I had to request them multiple times and only one arrived and you need to place each phone in a separate box. So after awhile I figured out I could print out the label and ship in my own box. I realize the phone that went in the box that they sent is the one that got processed and the other two vanished at the facility.  I'm worried because I wrapped them in bubble wrap they got thrown out or something. Either way that is still a Verizon problem. I did my part. I should get the promotional credits. They gave them to me for one billing cycle and then removed them. I just got a bill with the old credits charged back, plus now the costs of the 2 new phones. What am I supposed to do? they keep making promises that the issue will be fixed and nothing happens. So I contact them again, which each time wastes like an hour and a half of my life,  that person doesn't know what I am talking about and I have to reexplain everything and and the create another ticket. I need to be in contact with somebody who actually can fix the lost or stolen phone problem. One they find the phones and process them I will get my credits back. Has anyont gotten this issue resolved?

I did a bad job proof reading my post.  To clarify one phone of the three that I mailed in separate boxes got processed and I am receiving the promotional credit as promised. The two that I sent in my own boxes with labels that I printed from Verizon's website are the ones that got lost or stolen once delivered to the trade-in facility in Fort Worth.  Somebody help me. Customer service doesn't help. They do nothing but waste hours of my time getting nothing fixed.

UPS.  I used the shipping labels from the website since they didn't mail me the boxes with the labels. I read the directions and did everything I was supposed to.
