Verizon never sent my upgrade

What a head ache, been with Verizon for like 5 years, I’ve called more in the last two months trying to either get the phone I ordered a paid the tax on or have it taken off the bill and refund the deposit with promises of such but no result. Now, due to lack of payment on my part because I’m not paying what I don’t owe they shut my service off and there no way to set up any means to communicate and I’m sick of it so Verizon just lost. 5 year customer because of its own failure to communicate and implement what it promises its customers. If Verizon wants to call me my name is Jeriod, and I’m about to make them write off my account if I don’t get a call back and I’ll go somewhere where I don’t have to deal with automation to avoid customers
