Added a new line with Verizon. Promotion offer was Amazon 65” tv. Have not been able to redeem offer. Initially was told I was sent an expired code. After several conversations with representatives, I was told a new offer code was in my app for redemption. Fortunately I had written the old code down. IDENTICAL code. Was told I could redeem offer on August 12th. Just so happens to also be the redeem by date. Their customer service stinks. Past 30 days to return phone, but I will be cancelling all other services I have with them. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED
