Verizon not honoring promotion 2023

Last June, I took advantage of a trade in promotion. I traded in my I phone 13 for a 14. I have yet to see my $ 1000.00 credit. I have called at least 4 times over a 10 month period to get this resolved. And although everyone tries to get it fixed and promises that I will see the $1000.00 credit in 1-2 billing cycles, it has yet to happen. Today, I am on the phone again and the representative again can’t seem to find the promotion. I provided her with the tracking number for the returned phone via UPS. Why is the onus on me to figure out where the phone is that I returned using the Verizon package that was sent to me. I also asked for the phone number or mail address of a supervisor and she would not provide me with any. This is so wrong. I am a loyal customer for almost 30 years. I have 6 lines on my account. Do you really want to lose customers like me? Your service isn’t that great anymore, lots of other providers to choose from. Verizon has become too big and doesn’t care about all the people who contiunue to use your service. I pay my bill every month on time. I have never been late. You need to be on the other end and feel the frustration of having to deal with trying to get a problem straightened out. I will await your response, but won’t hold my breath.
