Verizon now charging me for Apple Music

My older iPhone got damaged and I went and bought a new iPhone at the Apple Store. I bought their current model 15 max.  Told Apple I wanted to keep my same contract since I get Apple Music for free with my Umlimited contract with Verizon. Apple rep said I would be on my same contract. The only charge would be an activation fee for the new phone. I looked up my services and perks for my contract at my Verizon and it says Apple Music is included. However my bill is saying Apple Music was “removed” for $0.00 and now they are charging me $10.99 for Apple Music. I did not change my contract so why is Verizon charging me now for Apple Music when they clearly say I get it free in my plan?  I assume I have to call Verizon and sit on hold to get this clarified?

I read on this forum that others are going through the same thing and spending hours on hold to get this resolved?
