Verizon promotions

What gives. Verizon has never been great when it comes to billing etc but 2024 seems excessively pathetic. Loyalty offered us a promotion on a phone trade in to stay Verizon. Since that time we have had to file a BBB complaint. Spoken with executive customer service more than once. We were reassured this promotion was fixed and handled. Silly us didnโ€™t turn off our auto pay and to our surprise our bill came out for over $200 more than our typical bill. We were also charged for a phone case we ordered from our local store that they didnโ€™t have so they cancelled the order. Executive customer service told us that they took care of this issue and would be monitoring it to make sure the bill was accurate. This executive customer service rep, even went as far as to give us a dollar amount of what our bill would be again the amount she gave was significantly lower than what came out of our account. at this point, I am just beyond fed up with Verizon. I feel like we get meaty Acker service to be overcharged every month offered promotions as incentives to get people to stay and they canโ€™t even get the promotions right and end up charging people more money, which is exactly why we wanted to leave in the first place. Like is it just us or does Verizon just awful now a days?! Over a decade with them and we will be seeing what else is out there tomorrow.
