Purchased a new phone on of my lines since it was only $5.55 a month and they were crediting the remainder over 36 months. So I did that on one line and asked if I could do it on another. They said sure, lets get that setup. They shipped me the phone but now the promotional credit is not showing and the rep I am talking to refuses to apply and basically is calling me a liar. I have screenshots of the chat transcript stating this but they won't let me send them their way since they said they dont have a way.
