My credit score got totally destroyed because of a $100 bill for an "activated account" that isn't mine. I called customer service , and when i asked to speak to the manager the lady just hung up on me!

I know I would be concerned if I saw a delinquent account on my credit report as well, mattieuga. If this was an account that was opened in your name, but was not yours you'll need to file a claim with our Fraud Prevention team. You can follow this link to get started online, as well as learn more about what information we will need from you with that claim: https://www.verizon.com/about/account-security/file-a-fraud-claim
I hope that this information is helpful, and that this helps offer a resolution.

That would take months to get resolved and its preventing me from getting a mortgage right now.
I also have asked repeatedly for any information about what these bills are even for, and Verizon is refusing to give me anything. I dont understand how any of this can be legal.
