I cancelled my internet service on March 2nd and after 5 communication tries through phone calls messages and this forum I FINALLY received my internet return kit on Saturday May 18 I had to pause auto pay on my account so the $330 charge for unreturned equipment wouldn’t automatically be pulled from my bank account I sent the equipment back on Tuesday May 21 I have the receipt and tracking #Im now getting messages that my PHONE SERVICE will be disconnected in 4 days for unpaid balance-I paid the phone part on May 6 WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO AVOID DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT CHARGES?
