When I purchased my Pixel 7 Pro in October 2022, my account was to have a monthly trade-in credit of $19.60. That credit was applied to my line every month until September 2023, when Verizon told me that our service plan was being phased out and we needed to choose another plan. I did that, and a month later, got a text and email saying that my trade-in credit was being cancelled because I changed plans. Nothing was said about this when I made the change. I moved my line back to my old plan after the agent said my trade-in credit would be restored and to wait "one to two billing cycles." (they say that EVERY time). Now it's December and even after making five more calls, still no credit. The last agent did get me a refund for the three months of credits, but said I would have to call them when I get my next bill. I have copies of my bills and statements showing the agreement number and the credits but that doesn't seem to be enough.
Has anyone had any luck getting a trade-in credit restored after it was wrongly cancelled by Verizon?
