My Verizon Visa Dollars are no longer showing.
I was told to call Synchrony. They sent me to Verizon Customer Service who sent me back to Synchrony after disconnecting my call twice. Then Synchrony sent me to Fios which I dont have who sent me bac to Synchrony. And then Synchrony sent me over to Customer Service who has no idea what to do with me. How do I get these to be restored.
I uninstalled the app after updating it and revieing my account. And I also checked at www.verizon.com and they are not there either.
