I just switched my phone lines to Xfinity. However, I have a smartwatch subscription that is still with you because I purchased it from you and I’m still paying on it. I can not log in to my account to see the watch activity. What’s going on

Your account was tied to the phone numbers, and login access to disconnected accounts is revoked immediately upon porting out. The only things I can suggest are to try to register the phone number associated with the smartwatch as a new account on My Verizon, or else try using your user ID under "login to a disconnected mobile account" link. I couldn't get the disconnected account login thing to work for me when I left Verizon briefly several months ago; it was only when I returned as a customer before things worked again. But a CS rep says using your user ID supposedly works.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
