Hello! Long time Verizon user - we upgraded our phones in the beginning of December and received them the 10th of December. We never received any box for the trade-in. Figured since it was the holidays, it might be delayed. Nothing came. We reached out after Christmas and was told another box would be on the way. Still nothing. Now today is the 30 day mark and the store told us they could only do it online. I'm starting to not trust Verizon. Please help!

I don't know why it's so hard to get a "return kit" from Verizon, but have you checked your account to see if you can print the shipping labels yourself? You need to pack each trade-in in a separate box and each needs its own shipping label because if you put multiple devices under one tracking number, you run the risk of having only one device recorded for trade-in and the others will be lost in the shuffle.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
