I just looked at my phone bill and I knew it was $6 and some odd cents higher this month and it is because somehow play more unlimited got added to my account. How would this have happened without me getting authorization?
Hello, Ksitzmann1975, thanks for reaching out in reference to your bill. You mentioned Play More Unlimited was added to your account. Did your previous bills show another plan aside form Play More was active?
