I am still waiting for the outage credits for two phone lines. They said it would be 1-2 billing cycles. Where is it?
I couldn't imagine being out of the country traveling and not having access to my service, 1907CMcG. I know that adjustments for affected account were issued already, and I would be happy to take a look into this for you.
