Why when you call customer service. They keep tranfering you to someone else.? That doesnt know what there doing

Verizon customer service? All they do is transfer you to someone else. That has no clue how to help you. I was one the phone for over 3 hours and 6 agents. For a $1000 bill. That was there error. Charging me for a phone I returned 15 month prior. And they had been charging me monthly for a extra line and that phone. Well they found the phone. So I was credited for it. Told I only owed $68.00. And they would credit me within 7 days. For the 15 months I paid for a 3rd line and a phone I returned. Due to it freezing and rebooting itself. Within a week of purchasing it. I paid the $68.00. 1 week later they shut off phone service saying I owed $200.00. Went to Verizon store in Sierra Vista Az. Hwy-90 bypass. The CSR was and arrogant . Called financial services. They transferred me to billing who transferred me back to them. Than they hung up on me. I also had my internet thru them. My husband is in end stage renal failure.  We have to have internet for his home dialysis machine. So I spent the entire nite in the hospital. We had to drive 75 mines to Tucsoon Az. Because our hospital doesn't do emergency dialysis.  All because Verizon outsource to another country. So they can pay $2.00 an hour to someone that hates Americans. So they don't care if they help you or not. But they have all you personal info and credit card info. I am sure they don't have a problem selling that.
