Wireless Service Disconnect and unable to speak with anyone

Once again Verizion has interupted my wireless service and demands full payment before being able to discuss the issue with anyone.  nable to chat, call any number because once you put the phone number in, it transfers you to the system for payment.  I even got in touch with someone by using someone elses phone and he stated he would transfer me directly to live person to setup and arrangement to restore services only to transfer me to the payment systems.  I was out of work for 8 months and paid Verizon close to $3k 6 weeks ago so you would think they would show good faith.  The kicker is, they suspend your service, then hit you with $80 in reactivation fees which is downright awful and shows that they do not care.  I don't fall behind with payments because I am choosing not pay, I am unable to pay due to certain circumstances and adding close to $100 in fees just continues the cycle. 

I've been with Verizon for 7+years and I don't think I'm  hanging around for an 8th year.   They continue to show how little they care for their customers.
