Won't Accept New Zip Code

I have recently switched banks, and thus have a new debit card. Because of this fact, I am attempting to switch the saved card that I use for auto-payments. However, I am unable to do so, because of an error.
The error is as follows:
"Error
Zip code information entered is invalid, please enter Valid Zip Code"
However, I know for a fact that the zip code is the correct, valid zip code. The zip code is accurate to all mail that I've been sent at my address. I also know that this is NOT a problem on the bank's end-- I've already reached out to them. The zip code is correct. I also WORK at this bank, and I looked at my own account-- The address on file is correct.
So please, fix this.

Have you tried just removing the old payment method, then shutting off autopay, then turning autopay back on to see if it will then let you input the new payment method? Assuming you don't have the old payment method anymore since you switched banks, so the worst thing which could happen is you don't get an autopay discount for one month.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Iโm having this same issues! We recently moved and I have changed the address with my bank and have had NO issue changing the billing address with any other sites. Verizon keeps telling me the zip code is incorrect. How do I fix this so my +play charges correctly

Hello, I'm having a similar issue. Been trying to update my billing method (after it stopped working for some reason) with different credit cards, and it keeps alerting me: "Zip code information entered is invalid, please enter Valid Zip code.". Would appreciate you help.

Thank you, but I know how to pay, this isn't my problem. My problem is that whenever I try to define a credit or debit card, even ones that I used to pay with in the past, it doesn't let me. I get the following error:
In the link you sent there is no reference to this error.

We want to help. Where are you attempting to update? Are you using the My Verizon app or a website? Have you deleted any stored information that was there prior? -Joe

That is indeed odd to keep getting that error message, yoavsh2998. You mentioned that you recently moved, and I did myself back in June of this year (it is definitely a pain to get everything updated). Have you updated the billing address for your Verizon account to the new address as well? What happens when you try to use the same payment methods with other online payment portals?
