I have been in an ongoing battle with Verizon , I have two phones on my plan I attempted to add another. I was frauded for the order sadly. That’s not the issue my biggest problem is they won’t refund me I have been on the phone with multiple agents every day they keep giving me the runaround they refuse to cancel my order Or give the money back. I would steer very clear of the company before they take money out of you and your family’s pockets as well , a fraud investigation needs to be opened on the billing department
