I am praying that you can give me some advice and/or fix an issue I am have with my personal Verizon acct.
The local non-corporate (Contractor) store in Rosewood NC gave my wife the wrong Motorola phone back in June 2023 as she had requested the free one that was offered to her, and since July 2023 Verizon is billing us for the phone. The non-corporate store refused to take back the phone and told us to call customer service.
Since August of 2023 I have been trying to get this matter resolved. I have spoken to Verizon Customer Service 5 times ( Aug, Sept. Oct, Nov, Jan ) and they assured me they would credit the account to cover the phone cost. As of today I am still getting billed for the phone. I have been a Verizon customer for over 14 plus years and have never had this kind of trouble.
I do not know what else I can do to get this matter resolved !
