Wrong claim IMEI!!!

Filed a claim due to phone malfunction, initially stated the 'didnt recieve' my device! THEN after locating, they stated I sent the wrong IMEI!!! Even though it's the SAME exact phone & the paidonly one I've ever had!
Spent 1.5 months of reps saying they would remove the $599 charge!!! Finally to be told they will not remove it and they ALSO won't send back the phone!
Wish I never would of got insurance or made a claim bc my phone was almost off!

Hi there, Chasies526, I'm sorry to hear of all your trouble and want to make sure we're all aligned. You stated insurance, but this is sounding more like a warranty claim. Was the replacement phone processed through us or through Asurion? There would be a different process of investigation depending on the replacment.

Was this ever resolved? I have the exact same issue. Have been promised a credit multiple times. Never got the credit for the returned phone. I have provided the tracking number. They say it's the wrong device. It's the only one we have. Service has been suspended and late fees accrued. Can't get help.
