Wrongfully Charged for Recurring Travel

I’m a little frustrated. I got back from a trip in November 2023. We had called Verizon and asked for assistance to use an international SIM card. They informed us that the phone is still locked to Verizon but they would be happy to give us 1 month of a travel pass. We resigned and took their offer, because apparently it was the best they could do. We didn’t check our bills for a few months but apparently the Verizon Rep had accidentally put a recurring travel pass on our account instead of a 1 time. We’ve been overcharged by around 616 dollars. Verizon customer service says there is there isn’t anything they can do other than a partial credit, which isn’t near what we paid. The customer service rep was polite, but this policy is pretty awful. I’ve liked being a Verizon customer, but now I feel I may have to change in order to recoup the extra charges Verizon erroneously put in the account. Just frustrating…

Hi Lukvan15, I'm sorry to hear there has been so much confusion around your billing. I want to get eyes on the acocunt and see that we have gone through all available options. Please be on the lookout for a Private Message.
