Zip code not recognized for app set up

My Verizon app set up wants a zip code for verification.  I have no bank card on my account  (read other complaints). I tried two different possibilities and still can’t get past it in order to set up the my Verizon app.  Any ideas?

Hi FrustratedCAgal, I'm sorry to hear of your trouble. As we need the account in order to make changes, you will need to visit a corporate location with ID to update the account. vzw.com/stores
