Hello
Verizon has been stealing from my account for last 16 months. They were supposed to pay for the device using monthly credits. But instead they have been paying using my auto payment account. And not willing to refund to my account but rather pending credit for next two cycles.
have called them so many times wasting time at the store asking for my money back but no help.
Their customer care and billing even hung up on me for asking refund. They kept my trade in phone and used my account to pay for the phone for 16 months. Disgusting customer care.
